Meet Randy
From Army intel to travel planner.
My career started as U.S. Army Intel and Computer Admin. Eight years in, I moved into PC support, then server support and customer-success roles as a Systems Administrator, Architect, and Leader.
Those roles let me take my first real vacation — a cruise with my neighbors — and I was hooked. Traveling for work took me across the U.S. and to Hawaii; traveling with my wife and family taught me how to stretch a budget without stretching the experience.
I'd already been helping friends and family plan their trips, so I became a licensed travel agent to book the same trips at the same prices — earning my fee from the supplier so my clients pay nothing extra. Growing up, real vacations felt out of reach. Now I make sure they aren't.

Does using a travel agent cost more?+
For most cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and package vacations — no. My commission is paid by the supplier, and you pay the same price you would booking direct. You just get my planning, my perks, and a real person to call when something goes sideways.
When does a planning fee apply?+
Only on trips where suppliers don't pay a commission — usually complex custom itineraries, boutique stays, or private regional transit. We discuss and agree on any fee before planning starts.
Can I use my Southwest, American, or hotel points?+
Yes. Tell me which programs you're a member of on the trip request form and I'll build the itinerary around them where it makes sense.
How far in advance should I plan?+
Cruises and family/Disney trips book best 4–9 months out. Custom multi-country itineraries need 3+ months. Weekend getaways I can turn around in a couple of weeks.
What if something goes wrong on the trip?+
Call or text me. I'll deal with the airline, hotel, or cruise line so you can keep enjoying your trip.
